The Unconformity is committed to making the festival accessible and inclusive to all. We recognise that everyone’s experience of disability and accessibility is unique and we are striving to remove as many of the barriers to access as we can.

Events on the website are marked with the following access icons:

Visual Content Ratings

These symbols indicate what percentage of an event is visual content, helping audience members who are D/deaf, hard of hearing or for whom English is not their first language to decide if an event is suitable for them.

Aural Content Ratings

These symbols indicate what percentage of an event is sound-based, helping audience members who are blind or have low vision to decide if an event is suitable for them.

Companion Cards

Companion Card holders are entitled to free companion tickets to The Unconformity festival events however bookings are essential to ensure capacity. Please call 03 6471 1026 or contact us via email at access@theunconformity.com.au to book.

Are Assistance Dogs permitted in The Unconformity festival venues?
In line with our legal obligations under the Disability Discrimination Act 1992, all accredited Assistance Dogs are able to accompany their handler into all venues at The Unconformity festival.
