You can purchase presale tickets by visiting The Unconformity Hall at 35 Cutten Street in Queenstown between 10am–5pm on Monday 4 September 2023. Tickets can be purchased using cash or card but we encourage card transactions.

Anyone who is on the West Coast on Monday 4 September 2023 and is able to attend The Unconformity Hall can purchase presale tickets.

The presale tickets are only available in person on Monday 4 September 2023. If you are unable to make it, tickets will be available online from 9am on Wednesday 6 September 2023. In-person ticket sales will also be available each day at The Unconformity Hall from 7 September 2023.

The Unconformity recognises that due to the intimate nature of many festival events, tickets can sell out quickly. Our priority is to support the community who support the development of the festival. The West Coast presale ensures locals are provided with priority access to festival tickets.

Entering the building from Cutten Street, head down the left side (facing Mount Lyell) and access the hallway using a short ramp. A short step of three inches is encountered at an internal doorway to gain access to the main hall. This internal doorway is 750mm wide.
Chairs without armrests will be provided at all ticket desks and in waiting areas. Couches and beanbags will also be available in waiting areas.
Please note that toilets are not available at this venue.
