There is on-street parking in the streets surrounding the West Coast Wilderness Railway.
A paid West Coast Council carpark is available on Driffield Street, at the bottom of Orr Street. Access to this carpark is gained by turning off Driffield Street into a side street opposite the Queenstown Library.
It is a 90-metre journey from this carpark to the entry of the West Coast Wilderness Railway building.
There are two accessible parking spaces in this car park. They are positioned closest to the West Coast Wilderness Railway building.
There is a cost of $1 per hour to a maximum of $10 in this carpark. Payments can be made with cash or card using the parking meter available or by using the EasyPark App and entering the parking area number '50001.'
Tracks Cafe is based at the front of West Coast Wilderness Railway building on Driffield Street. Directly outside Tracks Cafe is a bus stop where the tour bus for In the Footstep of Charles Gould will pick up and drop off patrons. Please meet at this bus stop to begin your tour.
Accessible toilets and gendered toilet stalls are available in West Coast Wilderness Railway building on the train platform. These toilets can be found by navigating through Tracks Cafe and on to the train platform or by accessing the adjacent entryway that leads directly on to the platform.
Please note that there will be minimal toilet stops along the bus route.
