Tasmanian Special Timbers Sawmill is a seven-kilometre journey from the centre of Queenstown.
Turning off Mount Jukes Road, a road will lead you behind the Tasmanian Special Timbers Sawmill to parking areas. Parking is available on gravel areas at this venue. Please follow instructions from event staff and signage. Patrons will then journey across the gravel and onto a concrete surface to access the venue.
Accessible parking is available close to the venue entrance, on a concreted section of the grounds. Event staff and signage will direct you.
This venue has level access from the carpark through an external doorway that is one-metre wide. This door is where your tickets will be checked before entering the event. Please have your tickets ready to show Front of House staff.
Once through the external entrance, another doorway must be navigated to enter the main event space. This doorway is 800-cm wide.
The inside of this venue is tall and wide. There may be pieces of workshop equipment or timber in the space to be navigated around. There will also be speakers and free-standing lights placed around the venue to support the performance.
General admission seating will be provided for this event. Please contact The Unconformity if you require reservation of a level-access seat.
One accessible gender-neutral portable bathroom will be available at the Tasmanian Special Timbers Sawmill site.
The Unconformity acknowledges the palawa people as the original and traditional custodians of lutruwita/Tasmania. We commit to working respectfully to honour their ongoing cultural and spiritual connections to this land.
