Natalya Bing is a Colombian-Australian violinist, improvisor and composer based in Queenstown, lutruwita/Tasmania. In 2021, she completed a Masters degree in performance research at the University of Tasmania exploring and developing a breadth of lost violin improvisation skills found in Western classical music through a combination of early music sources and practice techniques used in 20th-century jazz playing.
