Ashleigh Musk is a dancer, choreographer, dramaturg and community arts facilitator based on unceded Arrernte Country in the Northern Territory.

Ashleigh has most recently worked with artists and companies including Marrugeku, Tasdance, Jenni Large, Liesel Zink, Daniele Constance and GUTS Dance. Her works, Fertile Ground (co-created with Michael Smith), and From Infancy have been presented across the country at Metro Arts (Meanjin), spring.loaded.dance and Desert Festival (Mparntwe) and at MONA FOMA 2022 (lutruwita/Tasmania).

Significant projects in 2023 include: performing in Body Body Commodity by Jenni Large; premiering new work, SUB, in partnership with GUTS Dance and Tasdance at the Araluen Arts Centre in Mparntwe; collaborating on youth projects, Launnie Can Dance, with Tasdance and Alice Can Dance with GUTS Dance; and undertaking an international residency as an AIRIE Fellow at the Everglades National Park in Miami (Florida, USA) alongside collaborator, Pierce Eldridge.

The Unconformity acknowledges the palawa people as the original and traditional custodians of lutruwita/Tasmania. We commit to working respectfully to honour their ongoing cultural and spiritual connections to this land.
